At Kudos Awards we believe in using Subject Matter Experts to write and deliver our educational courses. Our team has over 250 years combined medical emergency training and experience. All of our team are Paramedic Education Specialists with formal educational qualifications to underpin the courses delivered. The courses are peer reviewed and evidence based with the most up to date clinical practice being delivered in-line with both National and European standards.
As a Paramedic with 18 years of frontline prehospital care experience and 4 years in paramedic education, I am deeply passionate about shaping the future of emergency medical services through high-quality training and mentorship. My extensive hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments has given me invaluable insights that I now bring to the classroom, ensuring that learners receive practical, real-world knowledge alongside essential theory.
As an educator, I am dedicated to fostering the next generation of prehospital care professionals with enthusiasm, expertise, and a student-centred approach. My focus is on delivering engaging, evidence-based training that equips learners with the skills and confidence they need to excel in their vocational qualifications and beyond. Whether teaching clinical skills, emergency protocols, or professional development, I am committed to inspiring excellence in prehospital care.
Russell is passionate about education and continuing professional development.
